About us
We’re on a mission to support companies that want to move from “business as usual” to a sustainable business model that is good for people, good for the planet, and brilliant for profit. Get to know the people behind our company.
We are an international team of climate communicators, sustainability professionals, communicator specialists, scientists, trainers, facilitators, experience designers, workshop creators and researchers. From our head office in beautiful Innsbruck, we work with purpose-driven businesses and organisations who see the transition to sustainable ways of working as an opportunity, rather than a burden.
What drives us is the belief that it is possible to create a better world for this generation right now, whilst ensuring that the future is bright for future generations, too.
We believe that great change is possible, and that everyone has a role to play in creating hopeful, sustainable futures. Before we can change things, though, we first need to understand both problems and potential solutions. Our interactive workshops are the first step in building understanding and equipping people with the knowledge and skills they need to make a positive difference. And that’s good for your business, good for your people (and your community), and good for the planet, too.

Our people
Our core team is small, but from small acorns grow mighty oaks! If you have a big, hairy, audacious goal that needs more people or specialised experience, we’re backed by a brilliant network of experts who we can bring in support us in creating your sustainable future.

What makes us different
Creating sustainable futures is all well and good, but what makes us different? We’re glad you asked. Here are a few things that matter to us and that make us stand out from the crowd.
Our vision
Creating sustainable futures means understanding and addressing some of the biggest challenges facing humanity today: climate change, environmental disruption, and social inequities, to mention but three. We believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a good present and hopeful futures for the generations to come, and businesses play a vital role in empowering individuals and communities to be part of the shift. Our goal is to help businesses become sustainability drivers in their communities, and help them thrive in changing times, whilst doing work that is good for people and planet.

Our commitment to the SDGs
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership. They recognise the inter-connectedness of the challenges that we face, and the work that needs to be done by many people across many different areas to co-create a hopeful, sustainable future.
Our work supports the following goals:

Our sustainability progress
We can say what we like about what we do and who we are and what we believe, but we want to do more than contribute to the “blah, blah, blah” that’s out there. Although we’re only a year old and still small, we’re in the process of crafting our very first Impact Report. Learn more about why we think that this is important.
This report will build on recommendations from the World Economic Forum’s four pillar approach and will allow us to measure our performance by using metrics that map to the UN Sustainability Goals, focusing on the pillars of governance, planet, people and prosperity.
We can’t wait to share this with you.
